Hotel is clean and well-maintained. It has a great atmosphere. We spent our two-week stay exploring northeastern Italy and taking trips to the beach. Hotel is conveniently located. It's a 10-minute drive to the highway and the same to the train station in Portogruaro, where direct trains depart to all major Italian cities like fe. Venice, Padua, Vicenza, and Verona. Road to the beach in Caorle takes 30 min. An 8 min drive away, there is a large shopping center on the outskirts of Portogruaro. The hotel is situated in a charming area, full of nature and tranquility. The nights are quiet, and it's wonderful to sleep with the windows open. We could highly recommend it.

Club del Sole Resort Tenuta Primero offers a private beach and outdoor swimming pool. This 4-star resort is in Grado, facing the Valle Cavanata Natural Reserve and Golf Club Grado. The pool was awesome. Had a great time and the staff was very friendly.
