The food in the restaurant was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and they took great care of us. The pool and Waterpark was brilliant for our children. The garden was well maintained. Behaviour of all the staffs were exceptionally good. Anjali the manager was incredibly supportive and accomodating. We travelled with an infant and they always catered to our needs. Enjoyed the stay a lot. Also a staff Bharat was amazing. We travelled with senior citizens and he made sure to guide them like family member through the pine tree trecking.

Upasana Eco Resort features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Bolpur. Great communication after booking, making it very easy to reach the resort. The biggest thing about Upasana is its amazing food - tasty, low oil, flavourful, fresh local ingredients, served with great care in a tastefully decorated dining room.. beats the more publicised Barishaler rannaghar, etc, anyday. The entire resort is squeaky clean and cheerful with seasonal flowers. Don't expect a big property, but a small cosy relaxing ambience. Must also write about the owner-manager Mr Dutta, who is a wonderful host and conversationalist, and staff who went out of their way to pack breakfast for us at 4.45 am as we had a train to catch. I am definitely going back to this place;

Very clean and comfortable and extraordinarily friendly and service-minded staff. Very good restaurant inside the hotel building. Short walking distance to the railway station. Would definitely come back!
