While staying in a Dal Lake AC isn’t needed that much but having this facility too makes your stay more comfortable. The property’s location is great just in the heart of Dal Lake famous known as Golden Lake. Host sent us a Shikara on Boulevard which came to pick us up at the time of Check In which was a wonderful experience and we totally loved it. Service was top notch. Dinner was tasty and freshly cooked and that special thanks to the Chef. Stay was short though but really memorable especially that Sunset in a Golden Lake.

Situated in Srinagar and with Shankaracharya Mandir reachable within 6 km, Habtoor group of houseboats features concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and... Very clean and we had a 5 star experience. We had a comfortable stay and the caretaker was very helpful. The food was excellent and was better than most of the restaurants in the area. I recommend everyone to come here. At first, I was skeptical as I didn't know how houseboats were. But now I leave as a very happy customer of Habtoor Houseboats!

The property is certainly the most beautiful in the area. the staff is extremely hospitable, Chef Nitin, and Raj on the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would recommend 10/10 :-)

Every things here was well thought through and ensured the guests are comfortable in all aspects. The views are stunning, rooms are beautifully decorated and the service is truely amazing! Every member of the staff focused on offering a great experience. Even the additional experiences offered like the high tea with sufi music to early morning yoga to hike on the nearby mountain is very well curated for the guests. Food delicious too! Overall just wow!
