The Araiya Hotel is located in a beautiful forest area, across a river in Palampur, HP. It is a sprawling property well laid-out with stunning views of the mountains. The views from the rooms are absolutely wonderful esp at sunrise and sunset. The property also has a large garden with benches and hammocks, also with a lovely view of the hills. Rooms : Rooms are well designed and high quality furnishings and fittings have been used, very classy and thoughtful. We chose the Suite which had 3 levels, the ground level had a large sitting room, the 2nd level 2 bedrooms with attached bath and a large balcony and a third room in the attic also with attached bath - while there were only 4 of us, the apartment could accomodate 6 pax. The hotel has a nice old-world-charm Bar called the 'Old fox' which overlooks the pool and an outdoor seating area. The meals are served in the restaurant which had a good variety of food for Dinner and breakfast. Service in the restaurant was also very efficient. All in all, if you are looking for a luxury hotel with the beauty of nature and solitude, this hotel cannot be missed.

Koro Treehouse Resort Luxury Wooden Cottages and Villas with Private Pool er með fjallaútsýni og býður upp á gistingu með svölum, í um 44 km fjarlægð frá Tara Devi Mandir. This resort is beautifully placed away from the overcrowded kasauli town.... their tree houses are featured with private jacuzzi & private seating space... you can see kasauli hills view from here... while roaming in the resort we saw they also have A-Shape cabin which is excellent for a family or group..... Staff is also very humble... Proper wifi connectivity... Tasty home-made food... would totally recommend this resort for future bookings..

Location and views are good but rooms don't have proper ventilation and fans which makes the stay extremely uncomfortable during summer. Food was so average and felt pricey against the taste and quality it offers. Staff behaviour was good. A person named thakur was so helpful in guilding the tourists in the new place. A part from him not much to say about staff. They have not accepted the card payments for the 3 star property it is not acceptable.
