The warm atmosphere when we entered the castle and attention of the reception we got made a big impression which we loved. The staff were so friendly and obliging and really made us feel at home there. I had been away for several months and at dinner received welcome home from the staff which both my wife and I felt very touched by. The room was ideal and the quality of the beds gave us such a great nights sleep that it was the first thing we commented on when we woke up in the morning. The food there was of the highest quality and I cannot rate this hotel high enough on all aspects. It really was a magical getaway for us as a couple

Tulfarris Resort and Holiday Village tiene jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Blessington. Booked a last minute stay at this beautiful Tulfarris resort for a night away after a busy few days at home and wow what a surprise this was. The house is absolutely lovely and cosy, beautifully decorated with a fabulous what looks like brand new kitchen and all new furnishings. The house is clean/tidy with good WiFi and although we didn’t have time to watch there was Netflix and Prime on TV, There is nice landscaped garden at front and patio with table and chairs at rear. The rear is fenced and very private ideal where I let my son out to play. The house has plenty of space for up 4/5 people but there was only 3 of us. I can honestly say we all had the best nights sleep away in years. The beds were super comfy with really good quality duvet pillows and the 2 bathrooms had good powerful showers one with a bath also. The house was fully set up for self catering but we just had our breakfast there chose to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant bar which was delicious. The Tulfarris hotel spa and whole resort is just spectacular and we had a lovely walk around the golf course and lakes after breakfast to take in the views of mountains and lakes which are simply breathtaking. I’m writing this on my way home, I just want to go back now but next time for sure I will stay longer to soak it all up. If you get a chance to stay here just go !!!

El lujoso Waterford Castle Hotel and Golf Resort se encuentra en el bello entorno de una isla privada, junto al río Suir. Very relaxing to have a couple of nights at a lovely castle hotel. Check in was easy with friendly staff. The room was very nice, clean and the bed comfortable. It's a very quiet location and although the weather wasn't great, we walked around the outer edge of the island (takes about 1½ hours at a steady pace and very little traffic noise from the mainland). We ate in the restaurant the first evening and you couldn't fault the food although we did get the slight impression that the meal was slightly biased to quantity rather than quality. Very nice stay overall
