All of the attendants were pleasant and helpful.

Even when the weather was a bit gloomy if it doesn’t ruin your relaxation, you know the property is delivering exceptionally.

Staff was very hospitable and attentive. They went out of their way to make us feel special. We were celebrating our 20th Anniversary and they delighted us with room and table decor. All meals were excellent and the chef does a great job of the plating as well! Overall, highly recommend.

Staying at the Roka Resort has been an absolute dream. Everything together made our stay here more than 10 out of 10. - The staff is wonderful, so attentive and kind. - Food in the restaurant was very very good; a great variety of choices and all freshly prepared. - The view is so beautiful and the overall atmosphere of the resort is just magical; so quiet and peaceful. There are only 12 rooms on the property so the small scale of the resort also was a plus for us. - The rooms are spacious and super clean, aircon works great. - Pool is lovely, with a stunning view. The other facilities include kayaking and stand up paddling, very nice addition as a fun activity. All together we enjoyed staying here so much and was very sad to leave. Will be back!

Quiet little resort for a relaxing getaway. The open shower was phantastic! The very nice hotel team was very determined to fulfill every wish.

Set next to a village by the sea, LooLa Adventure Resort is located on the coast of Bintan. Exceptionally good staffs, very good food. its real adventure resort for kids with Canoeing, Rock climbing, flying fox, coconut tree climbing, fall from boat in the sea with net protection, volleyball, football. kids were fully enjoying all outdoor activities. They managed to survive days without TV & WIFI. Surrounded by tress so expect small insects.
