We had a perfect stay at Lagoona; the space itself was so peaceful with its lush greenery and beautifully made bungalows, the staff were all amazing going above and beyond to make our stay in Batukaras comfortable and fun, and the food they cooked was always delicious! The staff here are the hotel's biggest asset, they are terrific. Beautiful location very close to Safari park. Amazing value for money with a huge amount of facilities.

What a great getaway place out in the mountains. The views, rooms, pools and restaurants were excellent. Great breakfast and even better dinner at The Fire, where the chef prepared outstanding dishes.
