Staff are super friendly and helpful (kudos to boru Juntak and her colleagues) My mom lost her sunglasses, and it had been gone for a day or so, but the staff was striving to find the sunglasses, and they found it! The breakfast could be better, for lunch and dinner we had to rely on the hotel, menu to be paid at the restaurant is fine. Overall great!

The location was a bit away from the big resorts which made it a bit less touristic (as in there were not as many jetskies as the other places). The food was really good! When my backpack was delayed by the airline the owner helped me communicate with the airline which helped a lot.
Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfy. Food & service were exceptionally good! We are overall satisfied with the ambience and truly enjoyed our stay at this resort! Thank you very one
The team is very friendly and helpful. They try to realise all wishes and can give good recommendations where go and how to do it. The food and drinks in the restaurant are very good and we can recommend everyone who’s passing by to stop and drink a smoothie. And the most luxury thing they have there: a hot shower :-)
The location and lake view are simply breathtaking. I didn’t realise how huge their land was before arriving there. We were greeted by Kaban at the reception, who was friendly and knowledgeable, and kindly gave us a tour of the gorgeous twin waterfall. The rooms are very comfortable and it is worth upgrading to get the lake view. We have really enjoyed our stay and I definitely recommend this resort.
The first night we were there we had the whole resort to ourselves which was amazing! The next few days there were other westerners staying but it was still very quiet. The view of the lake was great and the ferry will drop you at their dock (just ask). You can swim in the lake beside the resort and there are plenty of sunloungers and deck chairs.
