This hotel is excellent and definitely exceed my expectations. It is new and very modern. The room was a very nice size and the pool was amazing. It is very quiet at night, never heard a noise during the night even though there was a lot of guests in the hotel and I’m a light sleeper. The staff were very nice, especially the girls at the reception, they were always very friendly and very considerate.

The resort will provide guests with air-conditioned rooms with a wardrobe, a coffee machine, a fridge, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a shower. At Marini Seaside each room comes with bed linen and towels. Everything. Such a lovely place and lovely family run environment. They made us feel like family too. There are many pools in the hotel and there is a separate pool for adults. There are many different a la carte restaurants, all of them are beautiful. Foods and coctails are very good just only need to increase the variety of cocktails It was way above our expectations for an all-inclusive hotel. The customer service manager George Bakapoluas is absolutely perfect. He took the time to meet us every time he met us and chatted with us and made sure we were satisfied. You definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend the hotel.

Situated right on a private beach in Faliraki, Mitsis Selection Alila features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Italian, Greek and Panasian à la carte restaurant, Pita corner and as well as a spa centre. The property offers decorated rooms with a balcony or terrace. Free WiFi is available throughout. I’m not going to lie, the hotel started out very rough to the point we almost left and got a different hotel on the island. We ended up talking to the general manager George who was very kind, helpful and patient, he was able to get us a different, quieter room, away from the kids. George and us worked through the problems and by the time we ended up leaving we have nothing but positive notes for the hotel. We went from never wanting to go back to wanting to tell all our friends about this specific hotel and why they should visit Mitsis Alila and no other hotel on the island. Many people confirmed it was the best hotel on the island, and I would have to agree. I will definitely go back. Big thank you to George, Zoi, the front desk manager I think Alex, the bellhop, and the floor manager, was not able to catch his name. All of them deserve raises.
