The location is more than perfect, the market is so close and the central park ,around the corner, is a perfect destination for kids with so many rides and games I highly recommend this flat for people who live to enjoy nature in a classy way. I stayed only one night with a child, but I will definitely come in the summer for a long stay. At first the room was booked with breakfast, on the spot we added full board, because it was a great variety of Georgian and international dishes. Rooms are clean with nice views. In the room was everything you may need - bed linen, toiletries, kettle, hair dryer, tea/coffee... The staff is friendly and ready to help in any matter. What I especially liked was the children's room - a lot of educational toys and educators with whom you can leave the child and enjoy beautuful nature yourself.

The location of the villa was excellent, very close to everything and the ski area. The villa was very clean, large and spacious, warm and cozy and equipped with towels, shampoo, toothbrushes and of course kitchen utensils. There is also a sauna but we did not use it. The view from every window and balcony is simply breathtaking and we will definitely be back!
