It is a great pleasure to visit this pleasant apartment again.

Located in Loft 1 building (the same as the Spar supermarket). Very close (about 2 min walk) to the ropeways. Extremely close to great rent service (Panda), very tasty and friendly restaurant (Veranda), nice place to have breakfast (Pilot) and a cool bar with PhoBo (Eskimos). Also want to pay some respects to the host. He was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The communication was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

The apartment is great! Larger than most we saw being offered in New Gudauri, and with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is perfectly clean and neat, it's a well kept privately owned apartment. covered parking. The location is amazing, right by the gondola lift Gudaura and with supermarket ski rental and everything right below. The hosts are welcoming and honest people.

The property has inner courtyard views. me and my family had an exceptional experience staying at Lana's Gudauri studio in the Gudauri snowpark complex. The location, situated near the entrance, was incredibly convenient for accessing the park's amenities. Lana's hospitality exceeded expectations; she was exceedingly kind, helpful, and consistently prompt in responding to messages. The studio itself was cozy, clean, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. I'm already looking forward to returning next year!
