Breakfast was great and catered for our parties allergies, the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Amazing hotel and spa , food ,outdoor pool.
Just perfect, kids love it.
After traveling g around Europe it was the luxury we were looking for
Luxury large room great amenities. Lovely full English breakfast Pleasant evening in the bar Large secure car park 9 minutes trip to the quaint village of Shere.
absolute disaster - paid over the odds to stay at the hotel to have luxury for the 3 hours from 12am to 3am - however was awoken 3 times due to the fire alarm blaring for 30 seconds each time. Terrible experience - will be demanding a refund
Booked a twin room but when we arrived they had no twins left so we had to share a double. Not ideal with someone who is not your partner. They knocked a few quid off the room price and told us we had an upgraded “luxury” room. The room was awful, the mattress was broken but we were too tired to ask for a move and were told the hotel was full anyways. The air con was so loud it sounded like we were on a plane. Sofitel has gone downhill and we will never stay there again.
location was ideal for our trip to thorpe park resort
This is by far the best option at Gatwick if you have a flight from or to the North Terminal as it is actually linked to the terminal and yet is a full-service luxury hotel. The room was a little small and the air-conditioning a little bit noisy, but overall it s a fine place stay.
Great resort. Staff are brilliant
Building is really interesting & has lots of character, location is overlooking lake & very tranquil. Room was done to very high standard, facilities were really lovely, bed linen & towels were really high quality & luxury. Lots of nice biscuits, tea, coffee, water, etc
Staff were nice and accommodating. They didn’t seem to mind you hanging about until your lift to the airport. Lots of seating areas. They provided airport shuttle service for a fee and had on site parking for your car at a fee. The breakfast was nice although not included in price of room. We had a luxury suite and so coffee, tea and toiletries were provided. Good that they have triple and family rooms with en-suite.
Location within the north terminal made it easy to catch our flight. Lovely smelling toiletries in the bathroom and unique designed hotel was lovely felt as if you were in a resort.
