There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The property is non-smoking and is set 500 metres from Seton Sands Longniddry Beach. Beautiful caravan, so clean and comfortable. Owner was amazing, when we had a couple issues with the caravan we contacted Brian and within the hour the issues were fixed. Amazing service! Brian was available to answer any questions. Site itself is very clean. On site shop, restaurants, pool and entertainment. Caravan is in a nice quiet spot but just a couple minutes to the complex. Caravan had everything we needed. Car space right at the door too compared to some of the other caravans on site. Nice decking to sit on outside and fenced in which is great with kids. Kids did not want to leave!

Loved how quirky the boat is and decor appropriate with an air of luxury. Comfortable bed and excellent staff who provided a fantastic experience.

The breakfast and restaurant services are superb. There is a good variety of food, good value for money, and outstanding services. The hotel location is ideal for those departing in the early hours. It is only 15 minutes from the Airport and next door to the chimpanzees and giraffes. We had a very good time at the swimming pool and spa center. It was easy to access and comfortable. The room was serene, and the beds were inviting.
Superb location , clean and comfortable luxury.
Was in Room 3, Bed was fine. Room was a fine size. The Room had its own toilet and shower. I saw other rooms do not have that same luxury though. Having read reviews beforehand I called ahead of time to get the door entry code at the front. As there was no chance I would be able to arrive between check in of 13:00 and 17:00 during my stay. Staff on call was happy to help

The Balmoral never fails to exceed expectations, it is without doubt the best landmark hotel in Edinburgh, if not Scotland. Super comfortable, outstanding service and luxury.

location, scenery, and golf resort itself look very aesthetically pleasing. the rooms are clean and spacious.
