Honestly, everything .. if I was to say something it would be the staff! Everyone was amazing and always went out their way to give the best service.
The kids entertainment was amazing and Liam always showed that extra spark to keep the kids entertainment (aka knacker them out haha)
The lifeguards in the swimming pool were amazing and Katie even gave us some tips on teaching our 1 year old how to stay calm from going under water!

The perfect location - well placed for Canterbury and other seaside resorts , the wonderful exotic garden and the very comfortable bed.
Perfect weekend getaway. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful. Easy access to major beach resorts but lovely to get back to the quiet.
Everything was above perfect, simply superb So many small detail touches can't list them all! Bread, butter, all the supplies and utensils and technology and lighting and luxury touches and I could go on and on!

The staff! Nice cocktails, great food and good menu! Lovely, quirky room with nice touches, such as fresh milk in the fridge, homemade brownies both days, excellent Dyson fan, and great bathroom with luxury toiletries. Also a large, comfortable bed and lovely linen. Large car park at the front. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent spa resort break. Location was perfect close to Canterbury. So peaceful the spa itself was really good , set in lovely grounds and just the right sizeb Or room was clean and sizeable for the 2 of us. Loved the breakfast delivered to our room in a picnic basket.
The caravan was very homely. Had everything you needed, luxury towels included, tea & coffee provided, toilet roll. Location is near the clubhouse but there was no noise and a very quick walk home after a game of bingo. It is a quieter resort but we liked that, 10mins drive to whitstable and about 18mins to Herne bay. Lovely large decking area which was very welcome in the hot heat. Would definitely go back :-)
