Mobile home had plenty space.. hot water and heating when needed.. nice big shower which was a bonus. Will definitely stay here again...

The cottage was very clean , staff were friendly on arrival. Very quite , peaceful located, hot tub was clean .

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Fantastic place,caravan very clean, stunning view, shops and swimming pool very close.
*The weather was on our side. *Very close to lidl supermarket. *Washing machine utility area in "luxury lodge". *Overall neighbourhood quiet (apart from the bird scarer). *Bed comfortable. *Welcome pack with biscuit tea and coffee etc and a little milk left for arrival. *Easy to access the property from keylock. *Spacious property. *2 bathrooms one shower, one bath. *walk in wardrobe and en suite with bath, in master bedroom. *the view overlooking the fields.
A child friendly resort with good paid activities for the kids. We were on the other site, away from the main amenities, but it was very quiet.
The location was great but lack of off street parking in this resort town would at times be problematic. We had to pay to park outside our own building
Immaculate condition and very clean (we were in the luxury 4-berth), super quiet at this time of year, everything worked as it should. The staff were friendly and we had everything we needed.
Great location, lovely lodge, nice resort cafe/bar.
Overall a great resort. Kids loved the playground, dog loved the outdoor spaces, husband loved the bar and we loved the private hot tub in the garden. We were able to cook in the kitchen comfortably and our cottage was very well located within the resort itself. It's a really good amount of space to live away from home and the hot tub made it really relaxing end to a short family trip. The resort is also dog friendly and very safe for kids.
We arrive very early as our ferry arrives at 7am, once we arrive to the resort, Beth the receptionists was absolutely awesome, welcoming us and help us to get the caravan hours early even when check in was supposed to be at 4pm she manage to give us the caravan at 11am, always willing to help . She it’s super and make our stay much easier. And comfortable thank you very much Beth. Hope see you again soon.
Check in and check out were easy, staff friendly. We had great time staying at the resort and used it as a base to explore the Isle of Wight with our car, which allowed us to check many of the historical places on the island. We stayed in the luxury caravan and it seamed well designed and space was well utilized, just the beds in the kids room were rather narrow, especially for our bigger boy, but sofas came handy as sleeping beds.
