The room was large. It had already been set up with the children's bed prior to our arrival. The staff were very friendly and professional (better than I have met in other places for sure). The hotel was clean. Everything worked. Breakfast was different. It is not a buffet style breakfast. It's made to order like in a restaurant. Ryan took good care of us at breakfast and took my hyper 7yr old son to see how the toaster worked. They were happy to make alterations where possible to the menu for us. Best part for me was the free entry to Bowood house. If you are a history buff, you will love it

muy bien ubicado tenía el metro de Ears Court al lado. Personal muy amable, algunos hablaban castellano. El desayuno está genial tiene una parte bufé y otra parte a la carta con varios tipos ya definido (desayuno inglés, americano, continental etc) pero todo incluido muy bien. La cama cómoda :) Es la segunda o tercer vez que cogemos un hotel de esta cadena en distintas ciudades y muy bien.
Que me va a gustar, habitaciones sucias con mal olor viejas las ventanas no cierran la calefacción no sirve el colchón una samba as con resortes What I'm going to like, dirty rooms with a bad smell, old, the windows don't close, the heating doesn't work, the mattress is a samba as with resorts
Íbamos en régimen de media pensión,y tanto el desayuno como la cena,muy buenos.La habitación amplia ,éramos 2 adultos y dos niños,todo correcto,todos los días se limpiaba.
