The staff inside the boathouse were great and accommodating and the menu catered to gluten free too which was fantastic.

Set in Aberfoyle, Macdonald Forest Hills Resort has a fitness centre. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The resort has a terrace and a hot tub. The atmosphere and the location also the size of the apartment was good

Just 6 miles from the foot of Ben Lomond, this friendly 4-star hotel has a quiet location, on the shores of Loch Ard. It has a spa, a select menu of wines and whiskies, and an on-site activity centre.... Beautiful property it’s a bit of a drive to get to restaurants but the hotel has a restaurant as well as a bar (just make sure to make a reservation and check the hours) the rooms are rustic and authentically Scottish feel. What stood out the most was the hotel staff they were exceptional!
