Perfect place for vacation. Far from the city ( 15 km from Savonlinna) it mean, taht you will stay at the calmness and quiet in the hidden place! We will return!

Situated by Lake Puruvesi and a sandy beach, this property offers wooden cottages with private saunas, modern kitchen facilities and free Wi-Fi. Activities include tennis, minigolf and rental boats. Breakfast was very simple with limited options.

Facing the beachfront in Puumala, Pistohiekka Resort features a terrace and a bar. The resort has family rooms. The units in the resort are equipped with a coffee machine. The view is stunning, the bungalow was cute, clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed staying there.

Situated 50 metres from Retretti Train Station and 100 metres from Lake Pihlajavesi, Harjun Portti offers cottage accommodation with a private sauna, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Very cozy, yet spacious enough, well-furnished cabin. Loved the big porch in front, with plenty of furniture, benches, and outdoor storage space. The food in the cafe/restaurant was really good and inexpensive. Best surprise was the super fun waterpark right next to the cabins. We spent an entire day playing on every ride, game, water slide, and also did the top-notch ropes course in the trees. My two teens (14, 18) and both parents found plenty to do in the park. We also enjoyed renting tennis rackets/balls to play on the court right next to the cottages.

Situated by Lake Pihlajavesi, this holiday village is 9 km from Punkaharju. Guests can choose between cottages and apartments with cooking facilities and a sauna, or rustic economy cottages. Great location, very clean and cozy surroundings and free ride on pedal-boat/catamaran right to the center of the lake.

Facing the beachfront, Sahanlahti Resort offers 3-star accommodation in Puumala and has a garden, private beach area and terrace. What can I say! This was my 4th stay at Sahanlahti and as every time, my only big mistake was to have stayed just 1 night. The location by the lake is just beautiful, the rooms are so well done and have a friendly, welcoming vibe, the staff are helpful, the breakfast on a terrace in the morning is a treat. During the day there are other people around visiting the facilities, and there is a small harbor for a few boats, but it all comes together to being one place of life and relaxed enjoyment and nature. For me, it does good to my stressed soul every time I stay there. Highly recommended.

Overlooking Lake Puruvesi in Punkaharju, this resort is 100 metres from a beach and 25 km from Kesämaa Adventure Park. Guests can rent canoes, motor boats and snowmobiles on site. Being in nature on the lakeside, immediate deceleration, rowing on the lake.

Set in Savonlinna, 15 km from Savonlinna Train Station, Tanhuvaara Sport Resort offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. For one night stay everything was good. Nothing stood out as really good.
