Aurora Queen Resort Igloos is situated in Saariselka and features a bar. With a fitness centre, the 4-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. We visited this hotel for our honeymoon, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel, the igloos (rooms) and facilities were stunning, as was the nature around it. The hotel is located in the (very snowy) forest, and the whole experience was magical. First off, the owners, Nina and Pasi are extremely charming, friendly, and warm people. They surprised us with some sparkling wine for our honeymoon when we first entered our igloo. Beyond that, they catered to our every request, and were always asking how we were, whether we were enjoying ourselves, and were interested to get to know us at every opportunity. They are wonderful, and they are a reason alone to visit this hotel. The other staff members of the hotel are also amazing, extremely friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. It is clear that everyone cares about the customers and providing them with a good experience. We want to make a special mention to Henna, who makes anyone happy after a few moments of talking to her, Bjorn, with his contagious enthusiasm about nature, and Anne-Marie, who surprised us by being a fluent Greek speaker! All of these people made our stay special. The hotel itself is quite secluded, but it offers various activities that are fun and interesting, like snowmobiling, husky riding, and others. If you’re lucky, you will be able to see the aurora lights. It’s important to know that this is not guaranteed, as it depends on various factors. We were lucky enough to see them on our first night, and I must say that it was a truly unique experience. The hotel restaurant is also great, especially during night time. On one of the nights I had a reindeer steak, and it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! I can’t say enough about how special the igloos are. You have to experience it to understand it! This is definitely a special hotel that offers an unforgettable experience to those seeking a winter and especially a Christmasy retreat. We would highly recommend it :)

L'Aurora Village Ivalo està situat a Ivalo i ofereix cabines amb sostre de vidre i la possibilitat de contemplar les aurores boreals des del llit. We loved everything about the stay,the activities, the silence, the food, the staff. Plus we got so lucky to see the aurora directly from our igloo which was simply amazing.

El Northern Lights Village Saariselkä està situat a Saariselkä, a 27 km d'Ivalo, i disposa de bar, restaurant, WiFi gratuïta i aparcament privat gratuït. We have been to other aurora cabins in Finland in Inari before. Their cabins are further apart. We did actually see aurora inside the cabin. I would imagine if the cabins were too close, this would not have been possible

L'Ukonjärven Holiday Village està situat en una zona forestal tranquil·la, a prop del llac Ukonjärvi, a 11 km del centre d'Ivalo i a 22 km del seu aeroport. The location and accommodation is perfect and relaxing. The cabin was clean and the views across the lake from the many windows were exceptional. Had the Northern Lights been active, we could have seen them easily from the living room. It is located an easy distance from both Ivalo and Inari for dining options. Parking was directly beside the cabin. SmartTV and WiFi worked great.

This Finnish Lapland holiday village is situated right by the Ivalo River. It offers double rooms, holiday cottages, a caravan area, summer cottages and a camping area. Great place, good value for money. Accomodations are great, recently renewed, staff is also kind and always willing to help.

Aquest hotel, que és exclusiu, està situat a la regió de Saariselkä, a la Lapònia finlandesa, i es troba envoltat de vegetació. Excellent Service! Travelling with a dog and being very allergic at the same time Is not always easy. I called the property before hand and they were extremely accommodating. We stayed at at the large two bedroom log cabin on the west side and it was stunning. The views, the trails, the nature. Absolutely the best Finland has to offer!
