Outstanding service provided by the housekeeping staff, particularly the lady responsible for the 7th floor (721). She was incredibly helpful and reliable, ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-organized. Her attention to detail and dedication to her work should not get unnoticed. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that the room was perfectly prepared, with a crib already set up for my baby. Additionally, the breakfasts at Barcelo Imagine were very good, offering a wide variety of options to start the day.
The room has all neccesities in little space. Resort is well located - close to Gate of Europe and Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. Well conected by bus and metro with other monuments and tourist places.
Basic room but excellent facilities and spotlessly clean . Roof terrace and pool a real luxury.
Luxury hotel in a central location with a lot of history made our stay feel more special. Staff very welcoming. Room nicely decorated, spacious, bathroom amazing. Lobby was great to hang out in with added bonus of live music in the evening. Food in the hotel was of good quality.

One of the best places that I have stayed during my trip and would definitely be my first choice again in Madrid. Although the building was 350 years old, I have experienced the past with the luxury of today. I would like to thank the staff of Cava Suites for the exceptional service and cooperation as well as the wonderful stay I had in Madrid.
The balcony was AMAZING. For the price you don't expect luxury. Bed was comfy. Easy to find. Really close to Playa Major
This boutique hotel is located at the beginning of the longest street in Madrid, right in the middle of the city. All the luxury brand hotel towers are nearby, but for our money this hotel beats them all. It is small in size but the amenities are top drawer. The staff were uniformly excellent and eager to help. The breakfast buffet was good. The in house retaurant was also good enough that we at there twice!
The accommodations were satisfactory. The breakfast was exceptional, and the restaurant staff demonstrated utmost courtesy and professionalism. I extend my sincere appreciation to the team for their outstanding service.
