Clean and tidy room with expected facilities and aircon . Bed was nice and firm and of reasonable size. Had a good night's sleep.

Location is great. Apartment is great, cleaned daily to a very high standard. Food was very good. Great choice for breakfast. With the amount of people at the resort, it never felt crowded. Entertainment was very much geared to the Spanish. The main children’s entertainer was sooo good. She was constantly bouncing and encouraging the kids to join in. The adult entertainment wasn’t so good. A hotel like this should be able to employ bands/artists every night rather than have made up games by the kid’s entertainers.
Excellent location - total privacy, but just a few mins drive from Agua Maga, and 30-40 mins drive from some amazing wild beaches near San Jose. The hosts couldn't do enough for us - any issue (just the fob for the gate) was immediately addressed, and everything functioned as it should. Its not a luxury villa, but we knew that, and it had everything we needed, and the external space was near perfect. I should add that the hosts were in no way intrusive - they just responded well to communication and were helpful with instructions etc.
Room was very nice, cleaned everyday all staff very pleasant. Restaurant was all in all the same as any other when on a half board or all inclusive stay, everyone rushing in and no sort of order, but a good selection of food.

The staff was so kind, they even helped us with bringing a birthday cake for my youngest son to blow the candles over dinner. The buffet was generous, the kids loved it. The apartment was very comfortable, with a good temperature and enough supplies. The resort has an overall exotic image with plenty of vegetation, ripe dates fallen from the palm trees, bird singing and a beautiful blue pool outside, surrounded by long chairs for sunbathing. Absolutely lovely!
A nice, modern and clean room we received. The two outside pools were one of the largest/ best we have ever seen in a beach resort. The receptionists and cleaners were lovely and helpful. The hotel garden and surroundings was a beautiful natural area, ideal for taking pictures!
