Very clean and everything was wonderful and the staff was very nice and friendly and the view was amazing. And the manager Mohamed was very nice and respectful.

Situated in El Alamein, 9.2 km from Porto Marina, Palma Bay Rotana Resort - New Alamein features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a private beach area. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They upgraded our room at no extra cost and the hotel was exceptionally clean. I will definitely come back in season and really recommend this place to those coming to visit the North Coast.

I recently had the pleasure of spending my vacation at this wonderful beachfront hotel, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception desk made me and my wife feel incredibly welcome and were always eager to help with any queries or requests. A special thanks to Ms. Nour, whose warm hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel boasts vast and well-maintained facilities that cater to all needs. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, offering spectacular sea views that are simply breathtaking. The WiFi service is impressively speedy, which was a big plus for staying connected. The dining experience was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner featured a rich variety of tasty foods that cater to different tastes and preferences. Special thanks to Mr. Fady for ensuring that every meal was delightful. While the food and drinks might seem a bit expensive when priced in the local currency, they are quite reasonable when considered in USD, Euros, or Gulf currencies. Compared to other nearby beachfront getaways like Jaz Crystal, this resort’s buildings are exceptionally well-structured and beautifully designed. It also boasts more swimming pools and provides greater privacy in neighboring rooms, enhancing the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. I would also like to thank the golf cart drivers who were always available to transport us within the hotel. Their prompt and friendly service added greatly to the convenience of our stay. All in all, our stay at this beachfront hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I look forward to returning in the upcoming summers!

Address Marassi Golf Resort is located in Marassi, Sidi Abd El Rahman, overlooking beautiful golf views. The hotel interior was beautiful. The facilities were modern and the rooms were huge! Bed was also super comfy. Cleaning done by Sayed was excellent, he did a little towel design saying eid mubarak and left us little cookies as well which was a lovely touch. Loved the little drinks/snacks area on entrance. We also had welcome drinks which was nice. We could get a free buggy whenever we wanted to the Al Alamein hotel on the beach which was approx 5 minutes away. There was a cute tent outside with a projector outside to watch football, smoke shisha and play games etc. The gym was well equipped, clean and modern. The place was definitely suitable for families and couples. The food was quite expensive but really good! Overall the hotel was fantastic, however we did book in off season so got a great deal, feel like the whole area is super overpriced for the summer season. Our stay was nothing short of incredible—it was warm, cozy, impeccably clean, and aesthetically pleasing. What truly made it unforgettable, though, was the personal touch from Mr. Eslam El Berry. It was our anniversary, and he went above and beyond to make it special. He surprised us with a beautifully personalized cake, a room adorned with balloons and roses, and the most thoughtful detail—changing the pillowcases to ones that said “Happy Anniversary.” It was such a heartfelt gesture, and it turned our celebration into a cherished memory we’ll hold onto forever. This level of care and attention is why we’ll keep choosing this property again and again. Knowing the owner is personally involved and genuinely cares about his guests makes all the difference. A big thank you to the entire team as well—Mr. Khalid, Hana, and Areej were exceptional in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We’re deeply grateful and can’t wait to return! Farouq and Aisha
