I thank all the staff of the hotel for their good treatment and great kindness. The restaurants are beautiful and varied, the swimming pools are fun and countless. We will definitely be in this wonderful resort every vacation.

The room was superb, with a stunning view. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food was beyond exceptional. Both the pools and the sea added to the amazing experience.

A lot of all-inclusive resorts don’t have the best quality of food but Jaz Amara really had great food! Snorkeling at the beach is one of the best snorkeling places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in front of the hotel. Beautiful coral with amazing fish and you easily spot turtles and stingrays as well. I haven’t been able to see a dugong but they are also there. The service is great and the animation team is amazing. Every night top-notch entertainment, it was so much fun. The entire hotel is very clean as well. 0 complaints (and if you do, they fix it right away!)

A special highlight was the Mediterranean restaurant, where the chef made the best feteer I've ever tasted. Each meal was a delight, and the staff there went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with our toddler. I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fantastic resort getaway!
