The hotel is amazing, the lake view _ landscape and suite interior design and very thing is different and great , staff are very friendly and helpful they do their best to allow us to enjoy our stay specially Mr. Peter nashid reception manager he is gentleman and decent. Also dinner is amazing Oriental food with amazing atmosphere

Extremely friendly and helpful staff - Mohammed helped us get around the local area and was accommodating for our specific needs. I’d recommend this place for anyone in the area

Boasting barbecue facilities, palm shadow resort is situated in Tunis. Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a garden, as well as an indoor pool. The staff was very friendly, namely Kamal and Ali from the reception. Shef Mohamed food was really tasty. In addition, food garniture was exceptional.
