Himmerland Resort Cottages features a fitness centre, indoor pool, a garden and bar in Farsø. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a water park. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. These are beautifully presented, well equipped properties. There are lovely indoor and outdoor sitting areas. The bedrooms are cosy up in the roof. Having a washing machine was very useful as we stayed here for four nights in the middle of our Danish tour. There is a big golf course, pool, sports hall, bowling and restaurants on the complex but we the cabins are away from this and we were able to use the resort for a peaceful cabin experience. We did hire canoes for two hours to paddle around the lake, this was lovely and very reasonably priced. There is little light pollution and we’re very fortunate to get an amazing view of the Aurora Borealis over the cabin one night as well as a meteor shower. Situated in a wonderful part of Denmark with Thy National Park, Limfjord & Klitmøller not too far away.
Hulsig
Right by Hulsig Station and 800 metres from Skagen Beach, this resort offers an indoor water park and free sports centre. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a private south-facing terrace with garden furniture. It was clean and spacious. Children loved the top room. As it was 0C when we arrived the house was warm and it was so nice and thoughtful. The facilities are incredible, the swimming pool, sauna , steam rooms we all loved it. Children also enjoyed the bauble trampoline and table tennis . In summer , it must be a haven place for children. They both want to come back again.

Standard room. Clean. Not the most newly renovated bathroom but totally usable. Can recommend it but don't expect luxury 😊

Beautiful apartment, stylish and with everything you need to relax and enjoy Aalborg. Gorgeous bathroom with luxury toiletries. We visited in January and were so warm and cozy.
This was like finding the needle in the haystack. We were expecting a youth hostel but it turned out to be more of a resort. There was an entire aquatic park, including olympic size swimming pool and several saunas. That alone would have been worth the stay. The facilities are simple but clean and there is a pleasant hallway where you can hang out. Breakfast was very decent.
It is a budget hotel in a perfect location in the old town. They offer everything you need for a sleep, but not a luxury.
Quietness of the surroundings and how starry the sky was. Very friendly hosts; the common living and dining room were spacious enough to work and relax comfortably. I had a chance to swim in the bay, which could be seen from the garden. Picking the fresh oysters felt like a luxury.
