Nice breakfast and dinner selection, people were friendly, nice showers. Love the window's flexibility so I can air out the room. Quiet, didn't hear the neighbors

Absolute wonderful hotel. Liked especially the free soft drinks and free first serving in the minibar. Luxury bed. Beautiful building.
The resort is located in a beautiful and quiet place. The room is well-equipped and clean. The food is varied and of high quality. The price is very reasonable.  Feedback
The location, the number of free and paid entertainment and sport activities for kids and adults. The cleanliness and overall service. The swimming pool. Good breakfast. No additional charge for kids. It is really possible to arrange late checkout with quite reasonable surcharge. Wifi coverage is really good for the whole area of the resort.
I enjoyed my all inclusive stay in the hotel. In general I had the impression that I was always well fed and relaxed after swimming in the pool or being at the sauna.
Lovely room, lovely staff, nicely placed. Staff very friendly and accommodating, really willing to help. Parking was really simple. Whole place decorated nicely which gave a luxury sort of feel whilst also being cosy.
The owner, George, was personally available for every need, regarding accomodations, food, drink, etc. Finding Something to eat in particular is difficult in Ziegenrück, therefore the service of a full fledged three course meal for 20€ was an immense luxury. It was very pleasent to have someone who individualises your stay. We had a great time , much Love from Nuremberg, until next time!
On my last day I was the only guest, and still they've gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Outstanding service! Will definitely visit again.
