We easily rented kayaks, had a nice guided boat with some wine and cheese which we really enjoyed. We enjoyed most of our stay until it was time to leave when we had an unfortunate encounter with a staff member. But, the young male staff was absolutely lovely and was professional throughout the awful encounter we had with who I think is the manager Frau Steiger or Steiner or something along these lines
