There is free WiFi access available at the resort. This was the best hotel my wife and I ever stayed at! Breakfast and dinner is included in the price. The food was amazing; especially the breakfast. Next, we had the junior suite and it was comfortable, spacious, and had two bathrooms. FYI, there are no kids allowed here due to some pool areas people are allowed to be naked.

Very nice quiet place. Not far from the resort town of Unteruhldingen. You can walk to the lake in 20 minutes. The house has a swimming pool, table tennis. In the city 5 minutes from the house there is a bakery, so you can buy food even on Sunday. The apartment can accommodate a large family. The hosts are very hospitable and help in difficult situations. For example, they sent us forgotten things.
Great apartment near the Europa-Park resorts. Clean and modern. Airconditioning kept us cool during the hot summer days :)
Well designed modern hotel in a beautiful setting with direct access to all of the resort town‘s spa and swimming facilities.
Family owned for over 100 years. An amazing history. Today, the current owners (elderly parents who are beautifully elegant and still pop in every day… mother was helping water the gardens at 6am!) with their amazing daughter who is the hotels General Manager. She is on site all day everyday. I have never experienced this level of owner accessibility in any major luxury city hotel globally. A rare treat.
Location for Europapark & (especially) Rulantica was ideal. We walked to both, though a free tourist parking pass for 1 day at either resort was included, we knew from experience that walking would be faster as park traffic is busy.
It is a beautiful hotel with history. The building itself could be the location of a typical 5 star luxury hotel of the Belle Epoque. My room was not very big but very comfortable with a nice view over park. Bed was comfortable too. Location is superb. Bar is very nice. I stayed there only for 1 night but I would like to come back.

The receptionist on 21st of June. She was so lovely and helpful. It was raining when we left, but thinking of her outstanding service and her big en beautiful smile made our day. She is really the plus for this hotel. I hope her bosses appreciate that about her because she deserves it.
Lovely property in a stunning setting! The guesthouse rooms are comfortable and well-fitted out, and the nightly rate was very reasonable. The restaurant was absolutely excellent: the best meal we had on a two week trip, and also reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Add to that a location just a few miles from the Black Forest "high road" and from the historic spa resort town of Baden-Baden. Highly recommended!
