The staff, setting, pool area and main lobby/dining areas were all fantastic. Excellent service and attention to detail. They also helped organise a tour to Corcavado national park.

Located in Puerto Jiménez, less than 1 km from Platanares Beach, Iguana Lodge Beach Resort provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a restaurant. A 10 star. A beach you have for yourself. A yoga deck and a pool that is from the movies. A place that is not new anymore but the vibes are amazing. It is a creative place. You can paint you can make music. The food is amazing. Nicest crew I had in Costa Rica. And a campfire at the beach for dinner. Common what more? Please dont change too much when you renovate it. It is perfect as it is!

Everything you may need was provided and the staff was always happy to accommodate requests- they even packed us our favorite hot sauce to bring home! Tour guides were exceptional.
