Food was lovely, scenery was even better. Excellent tea master and tasting, thank you! Max the reception dog was a treat each morning.

They offer a shuttle cart ride to the west gate entrance. Views were beautiful and we went in the off-season and there were almost no people.

We never have met someone as kind and caring as her. She was very reactive on wechat and helpful to plan our activities, to make the transfers to the airport, to answer our questions whatever the problem and whatever the time. Her hotel was amazing too.
