Just as in pictures, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff, easy parking, fast communication, great amenities, comfortable beds, beautiful mountain scenery, and everything was brand new. All the facilities were incredible, including the swimming pool, kids play areas, fitness center and more. I highly recommend this place. The resort is not that big so you never feel like it's overrun with people. Had alot of things to do in the area. Also there's a laundry machine you can use for 5chf which is super handy. You can drive to Sarnen the nearest train station and go to Lucern or Interlaken. We did both. Melcher frutt is also amazing and only 20min drive away. Anyways thanks to the amazing staff!
