Free WiFi is provided. Everything was perfect, the room was really spacious and clean, with all the necessities. The staff is very professional, kind and very helpful. Also all the other parts of the resort are so relaxing and for sure I want to go again and enjoy the pools and sauna because I didn't have enough time to do it. I just love that place 💕

The establishment is incredible and the staff are so welcoming. When you pull up with you car in front of the hotel staff from the front desk and person to help with your luggage come out to meet and great you. They really make you feel welcome.

The hotel is ideally located in the small town of Lauterbrunnen and is very quiet despite its proximity to the train station. It consists of two locations: one in an older building and the other in a new building almost directly across from the old one. Everything is new and clean, though very modest, but sufficient for basic needs. If you stay here, you know what to expect—definitely not luxury. Nevertheless, the overall impression remains positive.

Amazing stay!! Felt like luxury, facilities were immaculate with free drinks and snacks. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfy and the view from the room over the square was beautiful (although a con to this was that it was noisy at night time). We booked here last minute so paid over the odds so although it was expensive, we had a fabulous stay.
The location was exquisite,with jaw dropping views, and a location away from the town center,without being remote. The hotel is impeccably decorated in public and private areas, and managed with a warm and very attentive staff. We were a family of fifteen, and our apartments were located next to each other, as well as seating at breakfast, and a small wine and soft drink welcome party on our first day. I have never felt this pampered at a resort
Everything was super easy, hosts were super easy to contact and connect with. This is not a luxury stay but does the job very, very well across every parameter. Very happy and will come back again for sure.
Authentic old establishment, do not expect any luxury. A charming rustic experience; you get what you paid for. Great location with stunning view from the room.

Property is located at a private location away from the hustle and bustle, and built like a resort. There are two hotels that serve excellent food at reasonable prices. There is also a shop and mini golf. Special mention about the exceptional service. Dunia from the.reception staff gave us Swiss charging plugs to charge our phones and watches. Doris from the support team arranged to have my wife’s Apple Watch shipped to a local contact that she left behind.
The hotel has a good location to know grindewald by foot, go up to jungfrau and to first. It was a luxury small Winter resort with good parking for the car. The staffs are very kindly and polite, specially Rodolfo, that make delicious eggs at the breakfast.
