Beautiful vintage property. Very quiet , bed very comfortable, I had the added luxury of a jacuzzi tub in my room. I was there in winter, in summer it would be gorgeous.

Rude staff. I was harassed at my door an hour before check out the maid went in my room when my son was sleeping. I was overcharged, my stay was miscalculated, the business center was not functional. House keeping didn't do the floor until I asked. Over all one of the most worst stays I had considering the price. I wont be returning. Unless its my last resort. All the rooms were booked I am usually a regular at other hotels.

The exceptional professional customer service is so obvious throughout the hotel. From the friendly and welcoming check in with Oleksander to the very polite breakfast servers and the cheerful bartender , the exceptional service I was given made me feel like I was on a resort!! Thank you to Andrew for taking great care of his staff, supporting them, offering guidance and assistance and working tirelessly to ensure the meals are tasty and satisfying. Thank you to Oleksander for being so kind, friendly, and welcoming!!!

We love the pool area. It was some up really well with trees and plants. Looked like a little resort. The hot tub in the room was a great size and we appreciated the jetted tub was facing arc so you could watch to or movies in the tub. Lots of space for our infant too.

The pool of course, just amazing, clean, big, amazing to outside on a minus 30 day in the warmth of the water and then a 3 minute walk back to your room in the provided housecoat...as luxury as it gets for SK. The room was also large, comfortable, and had a nice view of the park.
