The lady at the front desk, Eva, was so great. Not only does she speak English perfectly but she is friendly, kind and very helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful peaceful location with spectacular views. Highly recommend!!

Spa Complex Panorama ligger i Elena och har ett spa- och hälsocenter samt en trädgård. Här finns ett gemensamt kök, en barnklubb och gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. As always, it is such a beautiful place to rest and recharge our bodies and minds. The view is fantastic with fresh mountain air to reinvigorate you. The pool is lovely and clean, and the spar is also excellent with steam bath, two saunas, one hot stones, and the other infrared, also a large jacuzzi. The opening time of the spar is 16:00 - 20:00. The room was clean with a great view of Elena and the surrounding mountains. The staff are friendly and the new receptionist spoke very good English and was very welcoming. Another excellent stay at the hotel, and we'll be returning in a few weeks' time for another short break.
