Extremely attentive and friendly staff, who did an amazing job making us feel at home, providing recommendations of outdoors activities, checking on us and generally being very helpful. Hotel is conveniently located just 10 mints driving away from the Ski resort in Pamporovo. Finally, a huge compliments for the quality of food-the cooks were simply amazing where they literally mastered the preparation of local dishes.

Located just 200 metres from ski center 1 of the lift and 300 metres from Pamporovo resort centre, Orpheus Hotel - Casino and SPA combines modern accommodation with a range of free spa and wellness... The staff was super friendly, there are a lot of amenities in the hotel (pool, spa, kids playing area, fitness/kids party area, lobby and rooftop bar, 2 restaurants...), the food was great and the hotel is super warm.
