Dette imponerende spahotel ligger godt placeret i den storslåede bjergkæde Rila, nær det populære skisportssted Borovets og blot 50 minutters kørsel fra Sofia. The location couldn’t be better even though it’s 3 km drive from the borovets city but the hotel located in the middle of forest and I could hear only the birds sounds and nothing else which for me it was perfect. The room was big enough and comfortable bed. It has balcony with the forest view.

Friendly staff, beautiful location where you could sit next to the river. Clean rooms, mini fridge, towels and soap, great value at reasonable prices. Close to Rila Monastery so nice to get up early and have a wander.

Chamkoria Chalets ligger i Rila-bjergene, 5 km nord for historiske Borovets, og består af et kompleks af hytter og lejligheder med egen forplejning. The remoteness of this accommodation proved to be one of the very best things, despite having preconceptions about it being an issue. The staff were very helpful, with a positive and friendly attitude. All the staff, including the drivers and the spa workers were having a professional and respectful conduct. The rooms were equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay with our kids. We had more than enough blankets, pillows, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils and appliances. The silence was undisturbed and so beneficial for our tired and exhausted urban psyche. The 15 minute car trip through the forest to the slopes was completely fine with us and the best part was that after a tiring skiing session, one of the drivers would have taken us to the accommodations door. The sauna was awesome as was the little spa. We had a dinner at their restaurant, the food was good and the fireplace more than romantic. We brought groceries from the nearby town and cooked most of our meals at the apartment. This is a very practical aspect we are searching for while travelling with our children for more than a day or two. They also had storage for the ski equipment and free parking spots in front of the property.
