Katarino SPA Hotel is situated at the foot of the Rila Mountain, 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km away from Razlog. Best customer service I've experienced in Bulgaria. Everything is extremely organized, down to the smallest detail. Very friendly staff, great facilities, many activities for kids - treasure hunt, kids disco, horseback riding and more.

The apartment was great. Very comfortable, very practical and squeaky-clean! The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.

It was comfortable with a small balcony and kitchen. It was only a few short minutes walk to central Sandanski. There were lots of spare blankets and towels. While we didn’t use the pool, it was only a few steps from the apartment. Kids enjoyed the playground too. The value was excellent and we hope to return.
