Within 80 metres from the sandy beach, Meliá Sunny Beach - All Inclusive (former Iberostar Sunny Beach Resort) offers bright and spacious rooms with balconies and side sea views. The staff was great Though there were a lot of people in the reception due to check in, the staff was very kind and very professional. The check in was surprisingly fast and . One of the rooms was not ready, due to a late checkout of the resident, but The stuff was very helpful and did fast arrangements, so we could get the room in less then an hour of our check-in. Since it was on of two rooms we ordered, we just organized in the second room while the room was prepared. Also , we were with two more families in the hotel, and asked that we all be in the same floor. The staff had made all the arrangements to keep with our request. For conclusion I can say that the overall experience of the Melia Sunny Beach hotel is excellent. A great place for families.

They called me in advance making sure that I had understood the instructions that was sent. If I had any questions, their response was immediate. Liked the apartment very much, you could walk to the centre as well as the beach. It has a stunning view, being located on the 11th floor. Would definately stay here again.
