The family room we ordered was very large with great sea view. The kitchen was equiped with everything needed to prepare a meal. Refrigirator, microwave, oven, gas and dishwasher. There is also a sauna with indoor small pool.

Bicycles are provided for free. I like everything. I have no complaints. The staff was fantastic, and everything was immaculately clean. The breakfast was wonderful in the morning, and everything was well-catered and very pleasant.

We wanted quiet place to stay on our journey to Italy with comfort beds and we were stunned. All pictures cant describe an actual feeling. Entire Villa is right on the beach with nice green grass with sunbeds touching lake Wortherzee. Room was superclean, with luxury beds and nice lake view. Breakfast was tasty with mix of various types of sweets and classic food like scrambled eggs or ham. Staff was friendly and even called us in advance for a key for our room as we were checking-in at late ours.
It was an incredible stay in a perfect luxury. Highly recommended!
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and did not get boring after a few mornings. Something for everyone from our 2 year old to us. The location is amazing and lakes access beautiful. The resort staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English and Austrian usually.
The location was great; the resort is nice and picturesque. We enjoyed being close to the stadium.
The overall presentation of the hotel exudes luxury and relaxation. Lovely pool. The surroundings are beautiful. Staff were friendly but professional and breakfast outstanding.
Impossible to improve upon location with a reasonbly priced parking garage. Palace was renovated in the 70' / 80's and these improvements reflect the renovation style of that era, a true time capsule of the vision of luxury then. No Feng Shui here but heavily overloaded luxury (thats what you came for or should have) Pink marble bathrooms with golden trim etc. etc. Ivana Trump whould not have done it better, a bit like the Plaza in NYC.
Great resort with lots of activities for young and older adults. Great location for bike rides. Facilities were very clean. Staff extremely feiendly and helpful with respect to activities and local transportation options. Breakfast/dinners/desserts were amazing and loved the juicer machine. Crystal clear water in the infinity pool looking onto the alps. Would definately return.
Conveniently located. Well equipped. Clean. Nice little balcony with beautiful view on the lake. Enough storage room. And very friendly host(s) While the appartment has a dated look, everything is working fine and in correct shape. Maybe it is time to change the carpet.... If you want a flashy and luxury accomodation, this is not for you. If you can settle for simplicity, you'll be glad you booked here.
The hotel is very close to the lake with many options to spend the vacation active or just relaxing. There is a possibility to rent bicycles, to go for a walk... The spa of the resort is super nice with lot of "green" around. the spa area was not overcrowded at all, with a separate sauna world, free tee, lemonade, fruits. we fully enjoyed the breakfast as well, which was served in the main restaurant. the top of that breakfast is the "by you" created juices.
