It was clean, nice bed linen and soft towels. Appartment renovated, there's everything you could need. It's a pitty we had only one night there. The view from the window was also very nice. In the basement there is a warm swimming pool that our children adored.

Located right on Lake Klopein, Amerika-Holzer Hotel & Resort offers a large private beach and a unique sauna on the lake. The spa area includes an indoor pool, a sauna, and a steam bath. Right on the lake, paddle boats and paddle boards are available for use, included with stay. Dog friendly and only 18 Euro per night extra. Nice breakfast. Parking was available and free of charge! Bed was comfortable, and shower was good, nice water pressure!

We arrived in the hotel a few days before end of the season. There were only a few guests in the hotel, we nearly had the whole spa and saunas for ourselves! The staff was really nice, we never had the feeling of being "the unwanted last guests right before season ending". The new sauna and spa area is spacious, very clean. Our highlight was the lake sauna with a great view on the Klopeiner See. The rooms were tidy with modern bathrooms. Breakfast was plentyful.
