Everything is perfect. Especially the club lounge is so good and the stuff members are so kind and professional. The resort is very clean and sophisticated. We’ll definitely come back in the future.

Showcasing an outdoor pool and its own private beach, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is located in the heart of Jumeirah near the new Dubai Canal. Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the property. We visited Nikki Beach in October for a short getaway. When choosing a hotel, we focused on the location and the beach, and we were absolutely delighted with our choice. The hotel is nestled in the new Pearl Jumeirah area, away from the towering skyscrapers and crowded developments. The surroundings are low-rise and peaceful, creating a sense of seclusion that makes you feel as if you've escaped the bustling city of Dubai. The beach is wide and beautiful, with a stunning shoreline perfect for long, leisurely walks. We loved the hotel's intimate, boutique feel — its compact size, spacious and modern rooms, and sleek design make for a refreshing, contemporary atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the serene ambiance; it was truly a place where you could unwind and disconnect. The pool was fantastic, offering a chance to cool off in chilled water, and the food was delicious and satisfying. The location was also perfect, with easy access to attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall by taxi. We would especially like to highlight the professionalism of the team working at Nikki Beach Hotel. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the receptionists — and particularly the restaurant staff — was incredibly friendly and highly competent. They were great at engaging in small talk, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated the professionalism of the team at this hotel. The management has done an excellent job selecting the staff. It's clear that the hotel is very well run. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this hotel for our next visit.

"Jumeirah Al Naseem is a luxurious 5-star beachfront hotel, nestled along a 2 km stretch of private beach. Its extensive landscaped grounds feature picturesque canal-style waterways. Customer was exceptional. Every single staff member we encountered treated us as if we were the most important person to them and we’re always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities were amazing and attention to detail incredible.
