Extremely well maintained and looked after accommodation with many beautiful and luxury details, very very friendly staff and amazing kitchen (breakfast and dinner). Don't try anywhere else
This is a hotel within the Laborie estate, and has all the character one would expect from a superbly maintained wine concern dating back hundreds of years. As they correctly announce on their website, 'traditional charm coupled with modern luxury'. A wonderful room in a superb setting, with an excellent breakfast served. Perfect!
Shaz was very accommodating in arranging a number of special requests before we arrived e.g. feather pillows (thank you)
- we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and lovely view of golf course and mountains beyond (thankyou)
- the room itself was very pleasant; with air-conditioner and overhead fan.
- Bed was very comfortable.
- Shower had good water pressure. Wifi was good
- breakfast was lovely (according to my wife .... my 7.00am tee off didnt afford me the luxury of breakfast)
The interior design of the hotel is 5* luxury, the grounds are beautiful. It could be run so much better.
So many nicely decorated areas in the hotel, could stay there all day long if it didn't seem so unattended in the F&B department.
Very luxury house, very high standart of all equipment inside. 3 bedrooms, big kitchen with really everything you can need. Small private pool outside.
