Staff friendly, good food, great views from deck over crocodile river, ideal location. Apart from that, I would not recommend staying at this resort

Welcoming reception by a very able and friendly Nokubonga. The `room` was a small flat, with upmarket fittings and equipment. Beautiful and modern bathroom, two TV sets. Everything worked well. The flat had a great view on the mountains and lake, and we were welcomed by two giant kingfishers. Food at the restaurant was excellent and well priced, and we received outstanding service form the waittress Carol. This place is not fourstar, but sevenstar.

Upgraded to a luxury room with excellent view of the Crocodile River & wildlife coming down to the river. Dinner of average quality, buffet breakfast good & plenty of it. Room comfortable with good facilities although showing it's age.

This is a very well kept little inn with a great location overlooking the river and the Kruger park. Spacious and nice rooms, very clean. My room had a balcony, which was great in the evening. this is a perfect place if you are looking for a friendly, small scale place. (If you’re looking for more of a resort this is not it.) Staff are also very helpful!

The lodge is really beautiful. The rooms have everything you could possibly need for a luxury stay. Amazing attention to detail. The manager is great. She goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The view of the river and animals are perfect. The food is really great. We will be back.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed to an immaculate luxury room overlooking the Crocodile River. There is a great deal of attention to detail that made the stay very pleasant. The background of chirping birds and hippos make you feel at one with nature. We especially enjoyed the meals, they are beyond delicious. We had a great time on the game drive, which is worth the early morning start. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage at Dzombo Spa. Overall we had an amazing stay, would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

The staff at the resort were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The chalet I stayed in was very spacious and had lots of storage space (not sure all this space was entirely necessary though for a short stay). The restaurant was very good and the food was great.
