Friendly reception and staff - has been very helpful throughout our stay. Shopping amenities and restaurants close to bungalow a big plus. Been next to the sea allowed for plenty of nice strolls throughout the day - we especially enjoyed the sunrise and sunset walks. We could cast our fishing lines in the lagoon and sea, and of course had a swim as often as we like. We always enjoy the ATKV Hartenbos resort and cannot wait to return.
Not much except the location that is so close to the water. Too many things I was not happy with, no wi-fi, no aircon, bath towels were so old that when ever you use they scratch you badly. Same poor experience I I went thorough at one of your resorts
The most comfortable place. Luxury. The friendliness of the owners - helping for my tyre punch, my little Qhawe's bed. Ensuring that we are happy. Tolaring Qhawe's noise making.
Loved the stay in the luxury tent! Didn’t feel like camping as it had everything you need, was very clean and ZERO insects inside. Also waking up seeing many animals (like zebras and giraffes), the lovely game drives, great staff and amazing 3-course meals every night made the stay perfect for us!
If you're looking for something safe for your kids and to be away from the hustle of Mosselbay during peak season, then this is the place to be. You still have the luxury of driving in and out to Mosselbay etc, It's an absolutely beautiful venue.The owners go out of their way to accommodate you and are super friendly and make you feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our holiday!
Liked that we felt safe wherever we went and it was just overall really amazing staying at the ATKV, we miss it already - loved the beaches, the people
We loved it so much it felt like home to us, we wanted to do many activities outside the resort but we just enjoyed it so much we just ended up spending all our time at the resort
