The over water bungalow was spectacular. One of the best and certainly most spacious hotel rooms I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The restaurant was great - delicious food, brilliant cocktail menu and great service. The staff were really friendly. Hard to fault Coconuts Beach Club and Resort. If we ever return to Samoa we would definitely stay here again. I loved that there were no jet skis or banana boats. So peaceful, so relaxing.
Incredible location with local turtles on our beach, just outside our beach fale. Staff were so friendly and accomodating and helpful. Perfect location along the best coast (the south coast - best coast by far), good proximity to the other coastal drawcard like the giant clam swimming and the ocean trench.

Stunning resort, looks and feels like paradise, from our water bungalow we could see beautiful fish, starfish and turtles, very friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable bed, pillows were a little too thick for us so we got 3 smaller ones that instant, got a welcome cocktail in a coconut, an umbrella without even asking as it rained- everything was perfect!
The staff were amazing and willing to go the extra mile in making our holiday fabulous. I loved the hands on approach from Brian and appreciated him checking in to see how our holiday was. The spa was professional and we really enjoyed our treatments. The resort had everything we needed and we loved our holiday. Rooms were cleaned everyday, always with a smile. The resort is in a lovely spot and we loved that the staff made you feel part of their family.
We enjoyed the resort, though it is clearly still recovering from a three year COVID hiatus. Beautiful location, unique accomodation and good food. Some staff were outstanding.
Coconuts Resort was phenomenal. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the view and beaches were stunning, the food here was divine and there was a wide array of things to do (snorkelling, kayaking, day tours etc). The rooms were clean, open and bright and was everything I hoped and more!
Coconuts exceeded our expectations. Excellent communication leading up to our stay, and a warm welcome upon arrival. Our room was clean, spacious, quiet and private, with little attentions to detail (loved the bath tub and back lighting!). The design of the whole resort is very impressive, especially the evening lighting and pool area. The food was very good. Staff were warm and attentive. Beautiful beach for swimming (including seeing turtles) and walking. Would highly recommend!
Staff are amazing, very friendly and approachable. Beach and facilities are good. Food was very good as well.
Stayed in upper level treehouse suit and it was very nice, quite, easy access and suited our needs.
Staff are the selling point for this resort and the owners are very lucky to have such great staff
