Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
The staff was super friendly. The AC worked. It was close to a resort which one could go to swim at the beach and shower for free, as well as see amazing sunrise.
My room was spacious with a nice view over the fantastic swimming pool. Bellas restaurant offers great food but the best part is all of the amazing people from the family owners to the staff, always smiling and making sure you are happy. You can walk in to Apia town from here, i recommend a taxi ride, 5 tala, along the water front to the Sail bar for lunch and a cold beer.Try the Taumeasina hide way bar too, family owner, fun with a view over the lagoon to the resort. Beautiful Samoa
The resort is right on the lagoon so you can walk from your bungalow straight into the water. Robyn and Grant, the hosts, were lovely and the staff were charming and friendly. The restaurant was great - a shout out to the chef - and the fiafia night is a must.
Pool, drinks (the dacquiris were particularly good!) Staff at the pool bar were very friendly! Dined out of the resort both nights - Giodano's and Roco - both excellent and worth the short cab ride.
Located in the heart of Apia. Walking distance to the shops and Taumeasian Resort. June gave us a ride to Taumeasian resort where we went and sightseeing around the place. We managed to go to see a free ladies night show at Taumeasian resort (wednesdays).
Accommodating to my Father who was in a wheel chair and required disability facilities. Breakfast variety was amazing and they would change it up every other day. Room service was prompt and the food tasted delicious. Pool was great for the kids and easy access to the beach. The rooms were clean and were closer to the reception area. Great customer service from the point of entry until we left the resort.
We have been coming off and on the Samoa for the past two decades to holiday. We are now at an age where all we want to do is read, eat and swim. Tanoa is perfect for that. The resort exceeded our expectations and we will be back.
Lovely hotel with a Samoan feel. It's not a big, international resort chain. The front of house staff were excellent. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. It's worth including it in the booking. If you are aware it's a hoyel/conference/wedding centre and not a resort, you will be fine.
Our room was lovely and the air-conditioner worked well.
Sitting by the pool was easy and there is good food service around the pool.
