Fantastic resort right at the beach. Everyone was super friendly and nice from the moment we arrived to the departure. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Food in the restaurant was also great, we liked in particular all the curries and some of the daily specials. The place is very secluded and it takes a bit to get from town to the resort. But that is of course also a plus! There is a free shuttle service to town every day which we used, the driver was very knowledgeable and gave us a little city tour since we were the only passengers on the bus on that day.

So much love in every detail! From the amazing paintings and quotes on the walls, to the modern and well equipped (huge) bathroom to the comfortable bed. Not to forget your own rooftop terrace with a hammock to watch the stars at night. The lunch and dinner (4 course menue every night, except if closed) from the Italian Chef Andrea are nothing less but delicious! The beautiful location directly at the beach with some amazing snorkeling places, sunbeds for some sunbathing and kayaks definitely help to unwind and enjoy your stay. To round up your amazing day at South Pacific Memories, you will watch the most stunning sunsets on the island and enjoy your cocktail or glass of wine during happy hour.
There are also free bikes you can get to explore a little bit the neighbourhood. Honeymoon beach is definitely worth a visit and on days when the Restaurant is closed, you can go to the Three Pigs (by bike) or walk to one of the resorts next door. If you walk a bit further down, you can also catch a bus to Port Vila. Last but definitely not least, I want to mention that all the staff are so lovely and Anne and Petter are just the best hosts! Thank you all for a great 7 night stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this resort! The staff were lovely especially Bob, Peter and Lucie! They were always there to help and they were just amazing! We liked that we had amazing views of the island and the pool was great! The tours that were organised by reception were great and we want to also thank James who drove us around the island and showed us the hidden gems of vanuatu!

Lovely staff. Excursions available. Enjoyed quad bike to snorkel beach. We didn’t have to climb a steep hill as our facilities at ground level. Delicious food but we took food for breakfast and lunch as there for 5 days. Worked perfectly.

I don’t know where to start with how incredible our stay was, the staff are the friendliest people I’ve met and the service is phenomenal. We stayed in the room with the hot tub on the deck overlooking the lagoon, we spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying the views. Location is great, the main town doesn’t have a lot to do so it’s nice to be secluded on an incredible island, but it’s still accessible to the mainland in 2 mins via the 24 hour boat. Food in the restaurant is great, I’d recommend the chefs dinner on the beach. Breakfast also great with large selection. Couldn’t fault anything and can’t wait to recommend to friends and come visit again.

Staff were awesome, and the location is good if you're self-catering, as supermarkets just outside the resort. The bus to Port Vila, it is also just outside the resort. Attractive landscape, on the lagoon, with small beach. Nice pool. Nice and quiet, unless there are festivities taking place. The villas are nice and spacious and comfortable. A good few choices for breakfast. I'd recommend this family-friendly resort to anyone!
The gardens and pool area are incredibly clean and well maintained. Service from all staff at check in, the restaurant, breakfast omelette station, and pool bar is friendly and helpful. Wifi was good around ghe resort (slightly patchy inside the actual room - worked best on the balcony).
Beautiful island feel to the very comfortable bungalows. Smaller quiet resort and being self contained bungalows with a bar and restaurant on site, there are many options for meals.
I had the most wonderful, warm stay at Coco Beach Resort. The best thing about the resort was the staff - Vanessa, Gina, Alice and Hiram made me feel like I was at my home away from home. I would go back in a heartbeat for them alone! I was there slightly off season and the entire stretch of beach was peaceful. I loved the fact that you could just walk straight into the ocean and snorkel or just float for hours, which I did much of the time!
From the start, this is obviously not a resort, nor a luxury stay. But if you’re looking for the best place in Port Vila to have a relaxed, budget friendly “home base”, this is it. And Beth was simply amazing, answering my too many questions instantly and saving my trip by taking me to the airport on my departure day when the transfer car didn’t show up.
Overall the stay was pleasant, the staff is nice.
Bungalows are fairly basic, but ok if you do not expect high-end luxury of a 5 stars resort; I really liked the outdoor bathroom/showers.
Vanuatu was recently hit by cyclones, businesses are making their best to recover.
every aspect was just great - snorkelling, excursions (Blue Cave, Yakel custom village, giant banyan tree), staff, food, grounds, view, rooms - really top resort.
we’d stayed at the ‘Volcanic Hideway Tree House’ at Mt Yasur to see the volcano and the luxury of the resort was a perfect complement to the tree house in a traditional Vanuatu village in sight of the volcano. recommend the combination.
