I would like to mention a special thank you to a reception Staff - May (hope i get her name right). Not only did she provide great help and advice on where to travel around for sight see, she even pay meticulous attention to pre-emp our needs, like preparing the Hotel buggy for my family of six to pick us up from the hotel Swimming pool complex to return to hotel main lobby, so that we can be on time for our transport back to Railway Station.
The hotel rooms (we had the Family Suite and the Deluxe rooms) are all cleaned and well equipped.
Hotel breakfast also has a good spread.

The people are so nice! The most lovely people we met in Vietnam. Also the location is stunning. It is a little bit away from Sa Pa Town but it is totally worth it. Taxi to the town is quite expensive but we got this because of the small and adventurous road they need to take. At the end we got a local gift. Thank you very much for make our stay in Sa Pa unforgetable.

Absolutely beautiful location, rustic yet clean house perfect for a romantic getaway. Service was impeccable with prompt and polite and personalised service from all the lovely staff members. One of them even went out of his way to get a birthday cake for us! We also extended our stay at the last minute and they accommodated us by letting us stay in the same upgraded room. Though it is far from the Hotel lobby, the buggy response was quick no matter the hour. The serenity of the location more than makes up for the additional transportation costs to Sapa town!

The location of this hotel is amazing, the most breathtaking views and picturesque building. Lots of flowers and very comfortable rooms with beautiful views from the balcony. It Is a little out of Sapa, but the staff were great at getting us a taxi in and it's super easy to get a taxi back out.
The staff were AMAZING. They were all so friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable including early check in and late check out. They also helped us organise airport transfers, overnight train tickets to and from Hanoi, tickets to Fansipan and an amazing day trek with a local guide. We had such an amazing time here. They also decorated our room for our honeymoon which was so sweet.
Food at breakfast was decent and the pool is lovely and warm. The Mong Sunset cocktail was also a personal favourite!

Outstanding little resort, outside of Sapa. Quiet and relaxing with a great pool to enjoy during the warm afternoons. The staff couldn't do enough for us. and it was a complete haven in the relative chaos of Sapa! Bedrooms were huge with a deck overlooking beautiful rice paddy fields. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were great.
The room balcony face the beautiful mountains, and with very fresh air. Spacious Bedroom. Good ala carte breakfasts to choose from.

Impeccable service by the team. Very attentive to our every needs. The ground of the resort is amazing. The pathways were filled with flowers and it smelled great all around. The view of the valleys and mountains all around the resort is breathtaking. Loved it!

If you want luxury in Sapa city center without the price tag, this is the place to stay. The view is amazing from the infinity pool. The rooms are so nice and clean. The food in the hotel resturant is really good. The including breakfast was great too. Great service from the staff. Can't reccomend this place enough.
