Closer to a 5* hotel than 4. The hotel is very nice and clean. Not in the city center but you can rent a scooter just across the road, which also means it's a very relaxed place to stay. The staff was also very welcoming and upgraded our stay.

Beautiful resort and attentive staff. The manager organized transportation from the airport, and they upgraded our room. Breakfast is good and diverse. They offer a small menu with freshly cooked food like omelette, pho soup, or similar every morning.

The success of Muine Bay Resort lies in the fact that despite not being a new or luxurious resort, it has a fantastic staff that provides a unique and personalized service. The food is excellent, and the facilities are clean and well cared for. Thanks for everything.
This place was something to remember. It exceeded all our expectations. Each moment we felt vert giod there due to all small details: very nice decorations, french colonisl style, couzy lightening, nice calm music, outstanding service, good food. Eveything seems to be thought through. It is an ideal place (I am sure the best in Mui Ne) for those who are not fond of noisy activties in hotel and like stylish luxury boutique hotels.
Staff were extremely friendly from the outset and very helpful with booking tours and buses. We had a room in the older building which was large and comfortable and reflected the price. Pool area is a great place to relax. Location is good but away from the main beach resort of Mui Ne.
Very very large property, which is far from a cozy and nice beach resort. Nothing special, at the beach there are maybe 6 beach chairs so almost no room to lay there and relax. The hotelroom was okay, not so fresh carpet on the floor and a very small bathroom.
