This resort is nestled in the mountain valleys. From the golf course, to the trails, the music at night, the gardens immediately adjacent to the building, the wonderful windows to sit by when you enjoy your brunch, the spa, equestrian activity .... it is a destination we'd love to come back to.
Beautiful location and the resort was very nice, relaxing and enjoyable. My family and I were extremely happy with our stay. Great shower, coffee maker and courteous staff. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely return. Lake is breathtaking and there's room to roam... making it feel like so much more than a typical hotel/inn.
The resort is beautiful. It is centrally located where you could actually drive thirty minutes in any direction to see something new. The restaurant was excellent. I am looking forward to coming back.
I thought that being a 'resort' there would be more amenities. The breakfast 'buffet' was a joke, you get better breakfasts for free at many hotel chains. The grounds were lovely to walk, but that only lasted for an hour, and we were there for 4 days.
The location was peaceful and serene...lush greenery. The resort, though older, was.beautifully situated, and Judy at the desk, was so delightful and helpful
Good and reasonably priced meals on site. Room was nice. Main building and grounds were very nice. Check in and check out were easy. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good climate control. A covered and comfortable place to have a cigar in the evening. Decent coffee in the room. Location felt isolated and truly like a resort getaway.
Very pleasant folks work here and are always accommodating. The Resort was out of power when we arrived, but we were still able to check in. Nice place!
The view of the mountains was just beautiful. The resort was off the main road away from traffic. The food was fantastic.
